In his previous career, Dr. Collette was a gastroenterology technician, and so he has a distinct appreciation for the relationship between the mouth and the GI tract. In his free time, he enjoys writing novels, reading, and spending time with his wife, Jeni, and their daughter, Katy. He also enjoys skiing, walking, and a good video game, movie, or TV show.

Dr. Collette’s favorite book is Mistborn by Brandon Sanderson, his favorite movie is The Lord of the Rings, and his favorite TV shows are Game of Thrones and The Big Bang Theory. He also enjoys rooting for the Broncos, the Avalanche, and the Rapids.
