Fortunately, they all enjoy similar things; hiking, backyard lawn games, sharing good food, and dancing to great music on vinyl are fun activities for all of them.

Dr. Jackson’s favorite books are The Lord of the Rings trilogy, He enjoys preparing and eating sushi, and his favorite dish that his wife cooks is pad thai. Belize is one of his favorite vacations spots.
