Dr. Sauer has been practicing dentistry since 1990 and is married with three grown children. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling with his wife, snow skiing, jogging, and playing bass guitar.

Achievements
Dr. Sauer is a faculty member of the PDS Institute where he is a subject matter expert in implant placement and restoration. Dr. Sauer has written articles on this subject matter for key dental journals such as Inside Dentistry and lectured at national industry conferences such as Dental Town’s Townie Meeting. He has served as a CEREC instructor at Baylor College of Dentistry and Dentistry by Design in San Diego
CA; he is a fellow and accredited member of the Academy of CAD/CAM dentistry
and is also a case examiner for the Accreditation Board of the Academy of CAD/CAM Dentistry.
Favorites
Dr. Sauer’s favorite books are “Your Divine Fingerprint” by Keith Craft and “When Heaven Invades Earth” by Bill Johnson, his favorite films are “Braveheart” and “The Patriot,” and his favorite vacation spots are Breckenridge, CO; San Diego, CA; Taos, NM, and Orlando FL.
