My three amazing kids are busy with soccer, football, tennis, marching band, and church activities. We enjoy camping, mountain biking, skiing, snowboarding, wake surfing, and traveling. As a BYU graduate, I am a Cougars fan, but having grown up in Arizona, my roots run deep with my Arizona teams in the Pac-12.

My favorite shows are about building or restoring things, such as Forged in Fire and Fast N' Loud. My favorite author is my father, Steven I. Dahl, MD, who writes adventure novels. I enjoy watching Marvel movies with my kids.
